Để hiểu được cách thức tổ chức các dịch vụ hỗ trợ nghiên cứu và phát triển và vai trò của chúng là gì, để có thể thiết lập các đơn vị REACT.
Để hiểu được cách nghiên cứu về HEIs được đánh giá và phát triển ở các tổ chức châu Âu và cách thức so sánh với các tổ chức Đông Nam Á và nơi các nhà nghiên cứu có thể truy cập dữ liệu và công bố kết quả tốt nhất để xem điều này có thể được điều chỉnh / áp dụng như thế nào ở Đông Nam Á các tổ chức nghiên cứu về biến đổi khí hậu.

Mục tiêu:
Tăng cường kiến thức và hiểu biết của người tham gia về Biến đổi khí hậu và khuôn khổ quốc tế liên quan đến các hành động Biến đổi khí hậu.
Để tìm hiểu cách phân tích / ngăn chặn / quản lý các rủi ro liên quan đến biến đổi khí hậu và phát triển các giải pháp quản lý rủi ro, thích ứng và giảm nhẹ thông qua các nghiên cứu điển hình của địa phương.
Tập huấn nâng cao năng lực 3: Quản lý tài chính trong Nghiên cứu biến đổi khí hậu (tháng 7 năm 2018)

Objectives:
- To introduce available EU / International funding programmes, including specific sources of funding for Climate Change activities
- To provide a methodology and tools for successful proposal writing and project management
- For participants to become less dependent on restricted state/university funding, and become more financially able to launch Climate Change research and training activities.

- To provide insight into the various risks and uncertainties related to CC, into strategies & measures of Risk management as well as to provide an insight into silvicultural measures to create resilient forest ecosystems
- To make trainees aware of the necessity of CC-related research programmes and advanced training programmes for decision makers as well as planning and decision making instruments and tools.
